New Grad, Entry LevelChai Vision is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable (AP) position to support their finance team during a period of increased workload. The role involves handling high-volume AP and payment operations with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
Responsibilities
Process high-volume vendor payments accurately and on time
Enter, code, and apply bills and payments in QuickBooks Desktop
Assist with executing payments from the approved weekly payment schedule
Process ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments as directed
Apply payments and maintain organized and accurate payment records
Assist with vendor statement reviews and account reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Proven experience processing high-volume payments
Prior experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
