Dow Jones & Company, the parent company of The Wall Street Journal, is seeking a CRM Associate to support marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing subscriber engagement and retention. The role involves leveraging marketing technology and customer data to execute effective lifecycle marketing campaigns and collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

Support marketing tactics and strategies for engaging and retaining subscribers
Oversee the timely creation, production, and delivery of marketing materials. Work with internal departments and external agencies, draft creative briefs, provide creative feedback and manage internal approvals
Operate directly within CRM tool(s) to conceptualize and build holistic, multi-channel subscriber journeys and experiments
Collect and share insights regarding campaign performance in an organized and clear manner
Communicate effectively in cross-functional meetings
Exercise a thorough knowledge of Dow Jones brands and an ability to balance team goals with overall company objectives

Required

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing role. Internship experience will be considered
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven time management skills
An ability to derive insights from campaign reports, and make data-informed decisions
The ability to recognize problems before they arise, and proactively develop and recommend solutions
First-rate communications and writing skills, with a sharp eye for reviewing marketing assets
An ability to empathize and advocate for the customer experience
Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and presentation skills are required
The ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, as well as manage multiple, mutually exclusive and competing priorities
Hands-on experience with Braze or multi-channel CRM tools

Experience supporting A/B testing programs
