The Analyst will help support, design, and implement new features and modules within Workday Financials, translating business needs into functional solutions and troubleshooting integration errors.

Responsibilities
Working with stakeholders, you will gather requirements and lead Workday Financial workshops
Design, troubleshoot, and configure enhancements within Workday Financials
Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help optimize Finance functions and enhance employees’ experiences
Monitor and troubleshoot complex integrations; define functional requirements for new API connections and work with technical teams to validate data payloads
Help develop Workday Financials roadmap throughout the implementation lifecycle and post-production support, enhancing the Workday journey through new features and SKU adoption
Develop business requirements for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications
Design and build complex matrix reports, composite reports, and dashboards using advanced calculated fields
Test and validate new Workday software releases or enhancements
Provide workflow analysis for financial systems/process improvement
Qualification
Required
Must have knowledge of and expertise with Workday Financials
3+ years of related Workday Financial experience in the following areas: Expense Module, Procurement Module, Business process configurations, General Accounting
Deep understanding of accounting & finance processes and requirements. Including knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Knowledge of key concepts of financial systems integrations
Highly desired AI experience related to enhancing business operations within Workday financial systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Computer Science preferred
