Experience with conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, and taking depositions
Active bar license in Pennsylvania
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required
Experience litigation in Pennsylvania state and federal courts
Preferred
Preferred to reside in Western Pennsylvania (in-person travel for depositions, court appearances or trial is required)
