Responsibilities

Conduct tours: acquire knowledge of the production floor to carry out informative tours
Create announcements
Coordinate and organize engagement events
Facilitate team building activities
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications
Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture
Cultivate a positive working relationship with each off-site vendor to obtain the best deals for company events
Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement
Facilitating surveys to gather employees’ feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels
Identify trends and insights to optimized engagement

Qualification

Basic PC skillsSocial media strategyMinimal directionAttendance recordAttention to detail

Required

Basic PC skills: experience with MAS or other A/P packages is helpful
Prior accounts payable experience helpful
Skill and qualification in social media strategy
Good attention to detail
Must be able to perform job duties with minimal direction
Good work and attendance record
Diploma/GED required
