Customer Service Specialist (French)
Infojini Inc is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in French to interact with customers and resolve inquiries about products and services. The role involves determining client issues, offering solutions, and may include inbound and outbound communications.
Responsibilities
Determine the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or provide follow-up as needed
May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both
Taking calls, data entry, emails, and analyzing credits
Qualification
Required
Fluent reading and writing in French, especially Quebec French
HS Diploma/GED required
Technical Skills
Data Entry
Professional Skills
Preferred
Having some Bi-Lingual skills in French is a bonus
Professional with at least 2 years of experience
Non-French speaking candidates can be sent, but the manager prefers bilingual candidates
