Responsibilities
Provide daily on-site EHS support for active data center construction operations
Conduct site safety inspections, observations, and audits; track and follow up on corrective actions
Support implementation of project-specific safety plans, AHAs/JHAs, and client safety requirements
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and near-miss tracking
Facilitate toolbox talks, orientations, and safety meetings for craft and subcontractors
Monitor compliance with OSHA 1926 construction standards and site-specific rules
Partner with field supervision and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of construction safety experience (data center or mission-critical experience preferred)
Working knowledge of OSHA 1926 construction standards
OSHA 30 required (OSHA 510 or CHST a plus)
Experience supporting subcontractor safety compliance
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time on site in Gainesville, VA
Preferred
Data center, mission-critical, or large commercial construction projects
Exposure to high-risk activities (MEWPs, cranes, excavation, LOTO, electrical safety)
Familiarity with digital safety reporting tools and inspection platforms
