Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment
Perform all make-ready tasks such as hanging plates or installing cylinders
Make necessary color corrections and press adjustments prior to production
Clean, lubricate, and perform periodic maintenance on the press
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for us on W2
Flexographic Press – Must have 2-3 years of minimum experience
Printing Press – Must have 1-3 years of minimum experience
Prior experience with Flex Printing Industry is a must for this position
Education Level – High School or GED
Preferred
Experience in a similar role is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
