Responsibilities
Develop, issue, and manage the RFP process from start to finish
Ensure timely communication with vendors and manage submission deadlines
Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluation criteria
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Participate in the RFP Process and perform the evaluation of the solution
Review and analyze vendor proposals against defined business and technical requirements
Facilitate scoring sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Document findings and provide clear recommendations on the most suitable solution
Conduct workshops and walkthroughs to align expectations and gather feedback
Initiate the project plan once the solution is selected
Establish governance and reporting mechanisms for project execution
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong project management skills with expertise in planning and execution
Experience in implementation of projects (SAP or Non-SAP) across MM, SD, and PP modules
Proven experience in managing RFP processes and vendor evaluations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail in evaluating proposals
Familiarity with procurement processes, compliance, and governance frameworks
Project Manager, SAP functional experience in MM, SD, PP modules
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
