The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a highly qualified Program/Project Manager for the New York State Judicial Institute. This role involves managing the planning, development, promotion, and execution of educational programming for judges and court personnel across New York State.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and oversight of all aspects of program delivery, including program planning, scheduling, promotion, faculty coordination, logistics, materials preparation, coverage, and on-site or virtual execution

Monitor program implementation to ensure high quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines

Maintain accurate records related to program planning, attendance, evaluations, and outcomes

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and strategic planning for the Institute’s educational offerings

Work with Institute staff, UCS offices, and external partners to enhance program development and delivery

Support outreach, communication, and promotional efforts to increase awareness of Institute programs

Required

One year in the Principal Court Analyst title; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience

One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience

Significant experience in court operations, judicial education, court administration, or a related management or analytical role

Strong knowledge of court processes, organizational structure, and judicial and court personnel

Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and managing multiple educational or professional development programs and events

Strong follow-through and attention to detail

Significant experience working collaboratively with judges and attorneys

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
