Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
Assist with preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Ensure strong internal controls over AP and related accounting processes
Assist with internal and external audits, including providing schedules and documentation
Oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs
Qualification
Required
