Qualification
Required
College Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when needed
Motivation to deliver results and complete tasks with purpose
Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
A clear commitment to integrity, client focus, and community values
Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a professional approach
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Active participation in extracurricular or leadership activities
