Responsibilities

Achieving and exceeding annual sales quota
Successfully prospecting into your assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities
Gain access and build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders, and decision-makers
Initiate and manage sophisticated sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal resources
You will develop a robust qualified pipeline and be an expert at forecasting
Manage the sales process end-to-end, developing sales strategy, negotiating & closing business
Travel as required

Required

10+ years software & applications sales
Experience selling software solutions into Enterprise/Strategic prospects and customers in vertical SaaS with a complex technical product (Field Services / Construction / blue-collar industries a plus)
Experience in direct sales (partner/channel a plus)
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
Track record of over-achievement of quota and revenue goals in the Enterprise space
Proven ability to leverage and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and teams throughout the sales process
Proven ability to manage complex commercial processes
Exceptional communications skills

Thrives and takes initiative in a fast-paced startup environment, remaining at ease and calm with frequent pivots in priorities
Possesses excellent analytical and organization skills, the ability to meet deadlines, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail while seeing the big picture
Is comfortable collaborating with both creative and technical teams, flexing between product details, customer needs, and storytelling
Is a self-starter who can be scrappy and get things done with limited resources; comfortable with the ambiguity and undefined processes at a growth-stage startup
Displays a thoughtful, considered, and compassionate approach to your work and colleagues
Has a passion for mentoring and encourages team growth by sharing your knowledge, skills, best practices, etc
Brings an “owner” mentality and is a natural leader who can bring together cross-functional stakeholders to reach a consensus
