Responsibilities

Support the coordination and execution of M&A projects across the deal lifecycle, including diligence, analysis, and integration activities
Assist in organizing and maintaining deal documentation, data requests, and project materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
Conduct research, perform preliminary analyses, and develop insights to support transaction strategy, due diligence, and integration planning
Help identify project risks, timeline challenges, and process improvement opportunities within M&A workflows
Collaborate with internal Aprio teams and external stakeholders to gather information, address project needs, and ensure smooth communication
Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting materials, and status updates for leadership and project teams
Participate in team meetings, diligence discussions, and integration planning sessions, providing support through note‑taking, follow‑up, and action‑item tracking

Qualification

Required

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
3.3 or higher GPA
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Experience supporting multi‑workstream project environments
Familiarity with project management or deal support platforms such as DealRoom, ClickUp, or similar tools

Preferred

Prior internship experience related to M&A processes (e.g., due diligence, transaction support, integration)
