Responsibilities

Oversee the movement and availability of funds across multiple regions and entities
Design and refine processes for forecasting and monitoring cash positions
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support financial transactions and banking activities
Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for managing currency exposure and financial risk
Prepare and review financial information to support compliance with various agreements and reporting requirements
Identify opportunities to streamline treasury operations and implement best practices
Support the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions for treasury management
Participate in the review of insurance programs and risk mitigation initiatives
Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and participate in audit-related activities as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, ideally with international exposure
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial modeling
Familiarity with compliance and reporting in a corporate environment
Strong communication and analytical abilities
Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in the greater Chicago area

Preferred

Experience in a public company environment
Exposure to banking relationship management and insurance programs
