The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and enable informed decision-making throughout the divestiture lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Extract, validate, and share supplier and sourcing project data for divestiture activities
Maintain sourcing and procurement data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
Develop data governance standards for divestiture-related activities
Design dashboards to monitor procurement performance, milestones, and key divestiture metrics
Identify and resolve data discrepancies between systems
Partner with sourcing, procurement, finance, and legal teams to align data requirements with divestiture objectives
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
Support ERP and other system changes related to divestiture activities
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
Support ad-hoc analysis and requests from key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar analytical role
Strong ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and Salesforce, with the ability to create executive-level reports and dashboards
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
Experience with process automation and identifying operational efficiencies
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to present to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL query language
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and continuous improvement
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive working relationships
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience working with procurement, sourcing, or supply chain data strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) and related procurement modules
