Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

Completes Product Changes, Fee Waivers, CD Renewals, and Rate Adjusters validating proper approval
Participates in all required Compliance training, either online or in house
Review and correct any account or product specification errors
Completes data maintenance audits, ensuring data integrity
Completes Audit Reviews for different processes through-out Bank Operations

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of banking experience
Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Strong verbal and communication skills
Advanced skills in computer operation; Microsoft Office suite
Intermediate math skills; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs
Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees
Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties
