Client Success Partner
Hartloff Benefit Solutions, LLC is a full-service employee benefits and Medicare firm looking for a highly motivated Client Success Partner. The role involves supporting the Account Manager and Account Executive with day-to-day client service needs, renewals, open enrollment prep, and internal brokerage operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
Handle day to day servicing
Prepare and process renewals, proposals, and enrollment materials
Maintain client information with accuracy in our CRM and systems
Submit paperwork, track timelines, and follow up with clients and carriers
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless implementation and service
Assist with special projects and client initiatives
Manage EASE/Employee Navigator enrollments
Stay on top of industry trends and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Must be tech-savvy - We work a lot with excel! This is a MUST

Must be tech savvy (excel, Microsoft office, outlook, CRM software)
Willingness to obtain your NY LAH license within 90 days (if not already licensed)
