Logistics Analyst

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is a leading beverage company in North America, and they are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support their distribution operations. The role involves data-driven analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to optimize logistics performance and manage cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance metrics to support service and financial objectives
Perform daily inventory reconciliations between Keurig Dr Pepper and 3PL systems; identify and resolve variances and transaction errors
Research and address EDI and system-related issues impacting inventory accuracy
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in logistics operations
Perform and audit cycle counts and physical inventories as required
Collaborate with 3PL partners and internal teams to improve cost efficiency and service performance
Lead and support projects that drive cost savings, process improvements, and service enhancements
Establish standardized reporting protocols and ensure timely delivery of accurate metrics
Evaluate 3PL performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with logistics and transportation regulations
Partner with management to support business goals and provide actionable insights

Required

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, transportation, or warehouse operations
Proficiency with Excel and data analytics tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to partner effectively with internal teams and third-party providers
Understanding of logistics and transportation compliance standards

Preferred

Experience with ERP or WMS systems
