Responsibilities

Design and implement IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint IdentityIQ
Develop custom integrations with applications, directories, and systems using APIs and connectors
Ensure data synchronization and secure communication between platforms
Implement access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and other security measures
Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required

4+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
2+ years of experience with enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) solutions
Hands on experience with SailPoint IdentifyIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow
Strong proficiency in Java programming
Ability to develop custom connectors, workflows, and integrations within identity platforms
Sec+ or equivalent certification (required)
Must have an Active Secret Clearance (required)
Bachelor's degree in related field

Preferred

Familiarity with Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
Knowledge of IBM Security Verify Governance for policy-based identity management
