Telesales Representative
DigiHyre is a U.S.-based organization in the financial sales industry, focused on outreach and education. They are seeking a Telesales Representative to connect with individuals interested in financial programs, explain options, and maintain follow-up records.

Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled phone-based conversations with prospective clients
Present financial program information in a clear, consultative manner
Identify client needs and explain appropriate program options
Maintain organized call notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking using provided systems
Participate in optional training and development sessions
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance during all client interactions
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizens only and must reside in the United States
Strong phone communication and listening skills
Comfortable conducting professional sales conversations over the phone
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Organized with follow-ups and call tracking
Coachable and open to learning structured telesales processes
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred
Previous telesales, inside sales, or call-based experience is helpful but not required
Participate in optional training and development sessions
