The California Department of State Hospitals is seeking a full-time Analyst I for their Human Resources Department. The Analyst I will be responsible for analyzing and updating the Hospital Position Report and employee roster to ensure accurate maintenance of employee information.

Analyzing and updating the Hospital Position Report and employee roster on a flow basis to ensure employee information is maintained accurately

Maintaining a roster of all budgeted and blanket positions

Utilizing the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS), position control spreadsheets, and other resources to analyze data

Preparing clear, concise and comprehensive statistical reports
