They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to own and execute the sales strategy while leading a high-performing sales organization, driving revenue growth, and partnering with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives
Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Sales and Account Representatives
Oversee Sales and Marketing functions with clear accountability
Drive revenue growth while balancing profitability
Own lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting with a data-driven approach
Implement structured sales processes across activity, pipeline, and proposals
Ensure full adoption of the sales technology stack
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, referral programs, and go-to-market initiatives
Oversee opportunity qualification and coordination with Estimating and Construction teams
Represent our client with integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years leading high-performing sales organizations
Proven experience building and managing sales teams
Strong track record managing complex sales opportunities, including deals up to $10M
Data-driven mindset with experience owning pipeline and key metrics
Experience partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution focused
High integrity, positive attitude, and strong leadership presence
