Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across technical and operational divisions
Develop and execute operational strategies supporting growth, safety, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the gaming sector
Lead project management for customer implementations, equipment specification, installations, and system support
Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing, integration, and technical operations
Oversee IT, network, and security infrastructure with a focus on uptime and system scalability
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture
Create and mentor multidisciplinary teams with a strong people-centric focus
Act as a trusted advisor on operational and strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of gaming specific experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Highly collaborative, customer focused with demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and scaling teams strategically
Hold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related fields; with 10+ years in operational leadership
Demonstrate experience with process improvement, regulatory frameworks, and high-growth environments
