Daniels Health is looking for a skilled Windows Software Developer to join their team and contribute to the full lifecycle of internal application development. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting internal databases and Windows-based applications while collaborating with multiple business units to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support internal databases (SQL, NoSQL, Databricks) and Windows-based applications
Work closely with the team to maintain existing applications and support end users
Gather requirements from business units (e.g., engineering and sales) and interact with customers when needed to understand solution needs
Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate business systems or assist in application development
Assist with researching, testing, and deploying reporting-based projects
Follow a reliable software development life cycle process, including code changes, testing, and deployment
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of work and planned changes
Work with Business Analysts to understand needs, research solutions, and recommend technologies to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of programming experience with Windows technologies
Proficient in C#, WinForms, WPF, and Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server/Azure)
Familiar with MSMQ, WCF, Microsoft Azure App Services, and basic Visual Basic
Exposure to other languages/frameworks like PHP, Node.js, Python
Experience with shell scripting and hardware/PLC communications
