They are seeking an Applications Technician who will service residential and commercial properties, perform soil analysis, control pests, and educate customers on lawn maintenance while also promoting additional services.
Utilities
Responsibilities
Provide service to residential or commercial client properties in a timely, safe manner using hand and powered equipment to apply products to treat lawns
Perform soil analysis and control insects, diseases, and unsightly weeds
Educate homeowners on proper lawn maintenance and advise on lawn and landscape problems
Determine appropriate solutions for unique customer needs
Sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers
Display strong communication skills when providing customers with product/service information and resolving customer concerns onsite
Qualification
Required
Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
Committed to safety and the use of all the proper PPE the job requires
Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and work as part of a crew
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Possess Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
