Responsibilities

For new projects or programs, define project/program scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the Manager, CRO Operations and Associate Director of the CRO; develop project plans, timelines, and associated communications documents; clearly and timely communicate project expectations to team members and management
Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project/program goals, and secure buy-in from necessary participants
Set and continually manage project/program expectations with team members and other principals; delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team or program; identify and manage related issues
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables; develop and deliver progress reports
Compose, edit, or delegate responsibilities to create policy, procedure, and form documents based on project outcomes. Align business processes with systems changes and provide a mechanism to deliver information to staff and/or faculty as necessary
Develop best practices and tools for project/program execution and management
May supervise staff in performance of duties
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Education Bachelor's Degree In related field
Experience 5 years of experience in clinical research; including at least 3 years of experience in project management, which may include management of specific clinical trials or clinical trials-related programs and 1 year - Applicants should have at least one year of experience in managing Oncology clinical trials or programs. and May consider additional years of experience in lieu of education
