The Customer Service Specialist will provide customer service, manage data entry, and support departmental goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Enter customer orders and production data into Excel spreadsheets
Enter and maintain customer orders and forecasts using NetSuite
Assist all customers with their needs
Create and monitor sales orders
Transfer forecast data from EDI to NetSuite
Conduct physical inventory counts as required
Ensures all daily paperwork is completed by packers and verifies information
Cross train in other areas and other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
Detailed oriented and motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills (i.e Inventory systems, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
Ability to work independently, excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to understand, speak and read English
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to sit or stand for 8 plus hours daily
Ability to use both hands, wrists, and arms with continual motion
Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects
Ability to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly
Ability to bend, stoop and walk frequently
Preferred
Previous automotive experience with high volume manufacturing
