Lead with Purpose – Spearhead data governance strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our company's strategic goals

Build & Mentor – Manage a team of 6-8 data analysts and data management professionals, fostering growth and excellence

Establish Standards – Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability frameworks that protect sensitive information and ensure compliance

Drive Quality – Design and implement data quality management processes, data profiling, and cleansing strategies that improve accuracy and reliability

Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders to identify governance requirements and develop solutions

Inspire Change – Communicate the value of data governance across the organization and build a data-driven culture
