Responsibilities

Own and ship significant features across our stack as a senior IC contributor
Mentor 2-4 engineers and help them grow technically and professionally
Gradually take on team coordination, sprint planning, and project management responsibilities
Work closely with our founding team to learn how we think about engineering leadership
Help us scale our engineering culture as we double our engineering team in 2026

Required

3-5+ years into your career, likely at senior engineer level, and curious about trying management
Strong engineering fundamentals and ship quality code efficiently
High EQ and think you can push people to be their best without burning them out
Strong product sense and aren't afraid to work cross functionally to ship products end-to-end
Friendly, open to coaching, and not hyper-opinionated
Dislike meetings but understand that some coordination is necessary when leading a team
Thrive with autonomy but also know when to ask for help or guidance
Located in SF or willing to relocate
