The role focuses on managing production environments and supporting cyber vault operations, including backup processes, capacity monitoring, and general troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Day to day operational activities/tasks
Review backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance, user and backup policies) to identify area of improvement
Identity and monitor any capacity issues
Assist with setting Networker policies for VM backups
General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas
Monitor daily operations of the cyber vault
Manage capacity and performance of replication jobs
Review backup set reports, CyberSense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis (indexing, segments, etc.)
Assist with Mtree replications (when needed)
Assist with day to day operations once the customer implements a Clean Room
