Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain secure cloud environments with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and operations in air-gapped or restricted network environments
Utilize a strong Linux background, hands-on AWS experience, and proven DevOps practices to support secure, mission-critical systems
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with Linux (Red Hat, CentOS or Oracle Linux preferred), Python, AWS and git experience
3+ years of experience with DevOps (configuration management (Ansible preferred), application deployment, and security
Strong experience with AWS core services
Proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
CompTia Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 compliant certificate
Active Secret clearance required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Experience working in a federal or public sector environment
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or equivalent
AWS Certified Security – Specialty or equivalent
Experience in delivering, securing and managing container-based applications
Experience working on Agile Software Teams
Experience in supporting DoD customers in a technical environment
Experience with government cloud solutions (AWS, Azure etc.)
