Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns across paid, email, social, events, and other priority channels
Manage all company communications
Partner with agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure deliverables are on track and aligned with brand and growth goals
Manage creative production and asset delivery for ads, landing pages, flyers, and newsletters
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual quality across all touchpoints
Maintain a unified marketing calendar across all channels and initiatives. Oversee & collaborate on social media and content marketing strategy
Manage internal resources such as the Marketing Coordinator and in-house design
Hold vendor partners accountable to performance metrics and deliverables (PPC, SEO, Webflow, Hubspot)
Collaborate closely with the CRO and VP of Growth
Align cross-functional inputs from Sales, Operations, and Product
Own marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, activation, and retention
Collaborate with Operations to identify friction points and drive faster approvals and activations of users
Support sales initiatives through high-impact marketing materials and campaigns
Develop pitch decks, one-pagers, flyers, and digital assets
Align messaging and positioning across the buyer journey
Manage CRM (HubSpot) hygiene including tagging, segmentation, and data cleanup
Document all campaign systems and maintain repeatable launch processes
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to reallocate budgets for better ROI
Translate data into tactical changes that improve conversion and cost efficiency
Track and communicate key marketing KPIs and reporting (CAC, CPA, sign-ups, fill rate contribution)
Qualification
Required
5–8 years in growth, performance, or marketing operations roles within a high-growth company (preferably marketplace or SaaS)
Proven success managing paid media and SEO agencies or vendors
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, hit performance KPIs, and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
Strong command of tools such as HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and automation platforms such as Zapier
Experience leading one or more direct reports or cross-functional contributors
Comfortable with technical workflows such as list cleaning, attribution, UTM management, and data troubleshooting
