Responsibilities

Assess, analyze, draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of contractual agreements

Negotiate optimal contract terms while balancing business objectives, risk exposure, and internal guidelines

Make informed legal and business decisions during negotiations with minimal reliance on Legal

Advise and influence stakeholders and functional leadership on contractual terms and process efficiencies

Partner with internal teams to anticipate future needs and enhance contract processes, templates, DOA, and playbooks

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across functions

Serve as a subject-matter resource; may mentor or train other contract managers and supervise as needed

Lead or contribute to process improvements, strategic initiatives, and special projects

Deliver clear and effective presentations to leadership and stakeholder groups

Maintain accurate contract records and support audit requests

Perform other related duties as assigned
