Data entry & Reporting Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry & Reporting Specialist to maintain and report key operational metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Track, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly metrics using Excel and Google Sheets
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries across multiple tracking files
Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and simple dashboards
Support leadership by organizing data for meetings and operational reviews
Manage calendars, scheduling, and reminders related to reporting deadlines
Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Identify missing or inconsistent data and flag issues for review
Follow established processes to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Provide general administrative and reporting support as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, administrative support, or similar roles
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience using digital calendars and scheduling tools
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Associate's degree or technical certificate in Business, Data, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
