Responsibilities

Support the Human Resources Team by assisting with all phases of the recruitment process

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop candidate profiles for open positions under the direction of the Senior Recruiter

Ensure a seamless recruitment experience and consistent communication

Publish job openings on approved platforms, including the company website and social media channels

Utilize Evans’ applicant tracking system to monitor open requisitions and candidate progress

Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation

Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials in alignment with Evans’ standards

Perform initial phone interviews as required

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Maintain and organize the candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

Assist with Federal Contractor compliance

Ensure compliance with federal contractor requirements during the recruitment process
