Responsibilities
Partner with manufacturing leadership to develop and execute a Lean Manufacturing transformation plan aligned with operational goals
Lead high-impact improvement initiatives in critical areas of the factory
Apply Structured Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis to drive operational improvements
Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, rapid improvement projects, and workshops to achieve immediate, sustainable results
Implement and improve tiered visual management systems, daily management routines, and performance reporting to drive operational discipline
Deliver training and coaching on Lean tools and CI methodologies, including SMED, 6S, Kanban, OEE, line efficiency, standard work, and daily management
Build Lean capabilities across the organization, mentoring operators, supervisors, and managers in practical application
Challenge conventional thinking and drive culture change that leads to measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP)
Continuously benchmark and share leading practices from inside and outside the organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on Lean deployment experience
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Deep practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and a track record of delivering sustainable results on the shop floor
Experience leading end-to-end value stream improvements using tools like SMED, 6S, Visual Management, Daily Management, Standard Work, and Kaizen
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels, from operators to senior management
Hands-on problem solver with the ability to define problems, analyze data, and implement improvements independently
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of driving multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred
Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred
