Responsibilities
Manage operational activities by reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning tasks to operators for processing mail in accordance with USPS standards
Ensure maximum processing rates to meet legal and contractual obligations
Develop, refine, and implement policies and procedures to optimize both personnel and equipment resources
Drive team performance to meet or exceed company goals by providing ongoing development through timely coaching, positive reinforcement, and honest feedback
Provide continuous coaching and mentoring for your team with a focus on operational results
Qualification
Required
An associate's degree or equivalent work and/or military experience
2-4 years of experience in an operations/production/warehouse environment
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred
A team player mentality, capable of both collaboration and independent work
Basic math skills
2+ years of experience leading a team in a production environment
