Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and new customer segments
Develop actionable insights to inform business development strategies and identify gaps in the market that align with our solutions
Formulate, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
Create and manage detailed action plans for market entry and revenue growth
Identify, approach, and secure new clients through targeted outreach and effective negotiation strategies
Develop deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions
Lead the sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions
Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance our solutions and market presence
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration
Provide insights into market needs and trends to influence the development of innovative products and services
Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives
Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
A minimum of 5 experience in business development within the software industry, with a focus on SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies
Demonstrated success in building and scaling new business initiatives, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team-oriented environment
