Responsibilities

Wireless Network Operations Center Lead is responsible for coordinating the scheduling for the Wireless Network Operations Center group supporting Cellular Over the Horizon Enforcement Network (COTHEN) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR. Service)

Serve as the lead point of contact (POC) for government and customers seeking technical assistance

Coordinate training for new contractor position and provide documentation for daily, weekly and monthly reports from the ticketing system and databases

Required

Three (3) Plus years of experience in tactical communications Project 25 (P25) integration, installation, operations, maintenance, repairing and maintaining P25 infrastructure equipment
