Modernize financial processes to adapt to new technology, and integrate with EHR
Strengthen internal controls and governance
Lead finance transformation, integration and ERP readiness efforts
Coordinate across Finance, IT, Operations, and Change Management
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience leading Financial Process Optimization Projects
Experience working in finance department for Healthcare Organization
Super communication skills, both oral and written
Experienced in finance transformation and ERP projects that integrate with EHR systems
Experience developing new Charts of Accounts and workflows
Skilled in project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Comfortable driving change and enabling new technologies
PM/ BA around Financial Operations and Applications: 5 years (Required)
