Responsibilities

Program and operate CMM equipment to support production and quality requirements

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections

Generate and maintain inspection reports, FAIs, and final inspection documentation

Inspect parts using dimensional, visual, and layout inspection methods

Support production by identifying quality issues and communicating findings to engineering and operations

Perform in-house verification and calibration checks of inspection equipment

Maintain inspection and quality records in accordance with ISO requirements

Hexagon CMM operationPC-DMIS programmingGD&T knowledgeBlueprint interpretationPrecision part inspection

Required

Ability to operate and program Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS

Strong working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint/drawing interpretation

Experience inspecting precision machined parts, including material specifications and tolerances
