Responsibilities
Assist with editorial and stylist sample pulls and sample trafficking
Monitor and synthesize daily media coverage for clients
Support the creation of client decks, media lists, and presentations
Conduct research to support media outreach and trend insights
Support our PR Coordinator in managing influencer and press communications
Assist with client events, product launches, and occasional after-hours coverage
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (e.g., Communications, PR, Marketing, Media Studies)
Strong writing and communication skills
Passion for fashion, jewelry, hospitality, and culture
Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides), social media platforms, and basic media tracking
