Performance and Planning Specialist
Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Performance and Planning Specialist to assist the Fiscal and Quality Assurance teams in monitoring and implementing Residential and In-Home service programs. Responsibilities
Promotes collaborative relations between the Juvenile Probation Quality Assurance team and contracted service providers through effective communication and timely problem-resolution
Responsible for performance management oversight for all contracted providers of residential and in-home services through monitoring, evaluation, and site visits to ensure program fidelity and/or quality of service delivery
Conducts service verification against invoices paid and vendor documentation
Reports monitoring activities and discrepancies to Quality Assurance team
Works closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement valid, reliable and scalable processes to capture outcomes for use in quality improvement and value-based contracting
Effectively upholds, cultivates and communicates core values of the Juvenile Probation Department
Develops and manages initiatives with measurable outcomes
Maintains alignment with the Quality Assurance team and Fiscal team
Develops reporting formats and summaries as well as year-end reports; reviews regular reports and provides independent analysis and trending of data, as well as qualitative reviews
Ensures provider Work Statements are updated annually
Fosters an environment which promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
Undergo and maintain successful Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal History Clearance and PA Child Abuse History Clearance
Knowledge and compliance with Mandated Reporting Regulations through PA Child Protective Services Law
Perform other duties, tasks and special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to network, research and pursue opportunities for partnership
Strong knowledge with MS Office products
Must have typing, data entry, record keeping, and telephone skills
Meticulous attention to detail; oral and written communication skills
Must be accurate, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Active Driver's License in good standing
This position requires professionalism and a commitment to treating people with dignity and respect
Undergo thorough pre-employment background investigations, including drug screening
