Director, Employee Wealth Programs
Mercer Advisors is a leading financial services firm dedicated to enhancing the financial lives of families. The Director of Employee Wealth Programs will spearhead the strategy for employee wealth and referral programs, focusing on marketing, education, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth within the Community channel.

Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for employee wealth programs and referral initiatives to drive growth in the Community channel
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure success
Lead marketing efforts for employee wealth programs, including campaign development, messaging, and branding
Partner with internal marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional materials that engage employees and encourage referrals
Oversee digital and offline marketing channels to maximize program visibility and participation
Develop educational resources and training programs to ensure employees understand wealth offerings and referral processes
Host webinars, workshops, and internal events to promote program awareness and adoption
Work closely with Compliance, HR, Operations, and Sales to ensure program alignment with company policies and objectives
Serve as the primary liaison for leadership on program performance and strategic adjustments
Continuously analyze program performance and employee engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance participation and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing, program management, or employee engagement initiatives
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with financial services or wealth management industry is a plus
