Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) is seeking a Data Analyst & Executive Support Specialist who will oversee data governance, analysis, and visualization while supporting the design and implementation of organizational research and data systems. This role involves collaboration with the Program MEL team and the Global CEO to ensure effective data management and support executive functions.

Responsibilities

Manage PCRF’s data architecture, Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) development, and integration of data from MEAL, programs, and executive departments into the EDP

Develop and maintain data quality standards, metadata documentation, and data-sharing protocols

Oversee data cleaning, validation, and harmonization across regional and departmental systems

Ensure adherence to data ethics, confidentiality, and responsible data use principles

Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to produce actionable insights on program and organizational performance

Develop dashboards, scorecards, infographics, and analytical products in Power BI and related tools

Support the translation of research findings into internal and external-facing reports and strategic recommendations

Support the development of an annual Impact & Learning Report through synthesis of research and data outputs

Support the implementation of PCRF’s organizational research agenda in alignment with strategic priorities

Participate in mixed-methods research studies to assess program outcomes, partnership models, and impact pathways

Strengthen internal data literacy and foster collaboration across departments to promote evidence-based decision-making, including through training on data collection, analysis, and visualization

Work with the Program MEL team to align indicators, methodologies, and reporting practices

Contribute to the production and dissemination of high-quality research reports, publications, and data summaries for internal and external audiences

Contribute to donor reporting with robust data and evidence inputs

Assist with the preparation of slide decks for board presentations

Work with Global Units on annual budgeting and workplan preparation

Support Global team recruitment efforts

Assist with the roll-out of PCRF’s new ERP system and support the design and launch of additional customized modules per Unit’s requirements

Serve as a resource to the entire Global team for special projects

Carry out other executive team functions as assigned by the Global CEO and Chief of Staff

Required

Master's degree in data science, social sciences, or a related research field

9+ years of experience in research, data management, or analytics, preferably within international NGOs or humanitarian organizations

Proven experience in managing research projects, data systems, and analytics platforms and languages (eg. KoboToolBox, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, R, Python, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings for decision-making

Experience coordinating cross-functional or multi-country research initiatives

Strong analytical, statistical, and critical thinking skills

Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing publications or reports

Strong organizational and project management skills

Commitment to research ethics, data integrity, and learning

Excellent interpersonal skills

Fluency in English required
