They are seeking a summer intern for their Federal Priorities team to assist with legislative research, regulatory tracking, and stakeholder coordination in the clean energy policy sector.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Track and analyze energy-related legislation in the United States Congress; prepare bill summaries, policy memos, and reports on Presidential executive and agency actions; attend and analyze hearings in relevant Congressional committees

Monitor updates in policy and regulations impacting the advanced energy sector; draft, review, and edit advocacy materials like letters, testimonies, and presentations; provide research support for cross-organizational project efforts

Assist with coalition partner communications and meeting coordination; manage trackers and take detailed notes on reoccurring calls
