Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact—answer phones with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
Greet clients in person and ensure they feel welcomed and supported
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys and staff
Keep the front desk and office supplies organized and well-stocked
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Maintain and organize physical and digital case files for easy access and accuracy
Communicate with clients to collect information and relay updates
Assist with ad hoc office projects to support team goals
(Bonus) Assist with social media content, postings, and engagement if interested or experienced

Required

Exceptional attention to detail and task follow-through
Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office required; Zoho One is a plus)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive, 'how can I help?' attitude

Preferred

Prior experience in a legal or administrative setting is preferred
Social media familiarity is a plus—but not required
