Responsibilities

Develop and refine corporate growth strategies aligned with business objectives

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition targets

Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess potential transactions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives

Conduct valuation analyses, scenario planning, and ROI assessments to support executive decision-making

Lead due diligence processes across functional teams (finance, legal, operations, product)

Structure and negotiate complex agreements with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Serve as the primary point of contact for senior external stakeholders, including executives at partner organizations, investment banks, and advisors

Communicate strategic rationale and deal progress to internal leadership and Board-level audiences

Drive initiatives to expand and strengthen real-world data partnerships, ensuring integration with company offerings

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy
