Manage subpoenas, litigation hold notices, and routine litigation processes

Oversee CLM database and contract lifecycle, including DocuSign/signature processing

Handle invoice processing and routine resolutions

Coordinate corporate governance tasks (e.g., certificates of good standing, annual filings)

Manage intellectual property filings, renewals, and related tasks

Maintain registrations, licenses, and subcontractor compliance tools

Support entity management and insurance renewals

Assist with lease management and facilities-related tasks

Prepare reports from legal software tools and assist with due diligence for transactions

Review routine contracts (e.g., NDAs) and support attorneys and contract managers as needed
